The former vacant post office / shop was to be converted to form a new 2 Bedroom dwelling for the owner of the property. Revised concept / sketch proposals were required to meet the owners brief and ensure layouts could be achieved within the very restricted First Floor Level of the property. Once revised layouts had been agreed with the owner, Building Regulations Drawings & Full Plans Application was submitted to Building Control for approval prior to construction works commencing on-site.
