• FREE “no obligation” written fee proposal clearly outlining the initial project brief and the costs involved for the various stages of work on your project and our involvement.

• Advice & recommendations where other specialist consultants are required on your project e.g., Ecologists / Structural Engineers / Tree Consultants / SuDs etc.

• Where other specialist consultants are required, their fees can either be obtained direct from the specialist consultants or through us, making us your “one point of contact” on your project.

• Measured Building Surveys / detailed existing drawings to meet the requirements of Planning & Building Regulations Applications.

• Design Work / Sketch Drawings / Concept Drawings with various proposal options if required for your consideration and approval.

• Working with you during the Sketch / Concept Drawings Stage of your project to agree the scheme proposals, prior to submission of any Planning Application.

• Liaise with specialist consultants where required on your project prior to submission of any Planning Application.

• Submit Planning / Listed Building / Conservation Area Applications etc. in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion & also within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

• Liaise with Planning Departments / Planning Officers throughout the course of your application on your behalf.

• Prepare Building Regulations Drawings & submit Full Plans Building Regulation Applications to the Local Authorities.

• Liaise with Building Control Departments / Building Control Officers throughout the course of your application on your behalf.

• Stage payments for all completed work throughout your project.
