Building Regulations Drawings prepared & Full Plans Application submitted and approved for a new Managers Dwelling on a vacant site adjacent to New Hedges Village Hall. Designs and Planning Permission obtained by another agent. The owner and local developer appointed me to prepare the Building Regulations Drawings for this self-build dwelling and also look at the future works for the site.
