Bespoke designed 4 / 5 bedroom detached dwelling & double garage on a plot in the prestigious Ashmoor Gardens development, Houghton, Pembrokeshire for a local house developer.

Bungalow Alterations & Extensions, Pembroke Dock.
Proposed alterations and extensions to an existing bungalow in Pembroke Dock. The works and extensions to the property created a modern open plan Dining / Family & Kitchen area to the South of the dwelling with larger areas of glazing to maximise internal natural light to the new hub of the house. Additional extensions being provided created a new Utility Room / En-Suites and large walk-in Wardrobe off the Master Bedroom. The property was also extensively modernised throughout internally & externally.

New Light Industrial Unit, Pembroke Dock.
Light industrial unit in Pembroke Dock on the Cleddau Bridge Business Park. I have been working alongside Mr Richard Jones of JRJ Construction who was the principal contractor for this design and build project. The new premises enabled one of Pembrokeshire's well-established businesses (Capital Roasters Ltd.) to expand and relocate their business and remain within the town of Pembroke Dock.

Conversion of former National School Building into 3 Dwellings.
Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent secured for a change of use of this neglected Grade II former National School Building in Pembroke Dock to create 3 new unique large period family homes and bring this building back into use. The dwellings created modern open plan Kitchen / Dining & Living arrangements with 3 / 4 large double Bedrooms to each property. A number of Bedrooms offered En-Suite facilities and Dressing Rooms / Walk-in Wardrobes, all with ample storage spaces and Family Bathrooms / Utility Rooms. 1 property even had its own Snug Lounge.
The owner & developers attention to detail with the interior designing of the properties and the choice of fixtures and fittings they have used throughout the development has certainly given the large spaces created a wow factor!
